By using the Site, you agree that the state and/or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California shall have jurisdiction over you and any dispute related to our Terms of Use. If any portion of our Terms of Use is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, then such portion shall be deemed severed herefrom and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of our Terms of Use.
